Either go to the Zagg web sight and follow the steps and they’ll have you ship it back first. Or find a Zagg kiosk (usually in the malls) and they’ll replace it, for a $5 instal fee.

Please try again later.YOU HAVE TO CONTACT ZAGG AND ORDER A REPLACEMENT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A LABEL TO SEND THE DAMAGED PRODUCT BACK TO THEM ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT TO THEIR WAREHOUSE AND INSPECT IT A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU FOR THE FULL PRICE OF THE PROTECTOR YOU PURCHASED FROM THEM.
