I would not recommend this at all! The best buy I go to always argue with me about getting the replacement screen! “ your phone is two years old” they argue with me all the time. They say they don’t have it in store which is ok. They have the choice to order online and they do it with such attitude! The location I go to is Michigan Utica hall road! I wouldn’t recommend going here VERY RUDE!

Yes, Best Buy will honor the lifetime warranty on the purchase as long as you pay for them to install it for approximately 8 dollars and some change. Which is not a bad deal pay around 33 dollars once and get free replacement screen protectors for the life of the phone. So if the screen protector gets scratched or cracked or tarnished then take it back to Best Buy and they will replace it for free. They have you create an account at the store when you buy and pay to have them install it and the account is free and will connect you to your purchase so you won’t need to bring a receipt or proof of purchase also, which is very convenient. 10/10 will buy again for my next phone.

No, Best buy sold me the replacement screen plan and every time I go in to have it replaced (first two times) they never have it in stock and had to order it (a week to wait). The first time the screen was not in stock and paid again for the upgrade screen plan (again told the so called life replacement screen). The last time I went to the store (today) I was told that they would not do the screen replacement and that would have to call the manufacturer to coordinate the replacement. This program and the local Best Buy here in Rapid City South Dakota has been a waste of my time, efforts and money.

NO. Best Buy in Bee Cave, TX sold my wife, daughter, and I the "lifetime" SCREEN protector. Both my wife and daughter dropped their phones, which were also in protective cases, and the screens broke under the lifetime "screen protector." According to the store manager, the lifetime warranty only protects the screen protector, not the phone screen that shattered beneath the protector. A very poor investment even with the annual Total Tech "service."

Every time I go in they say they don’t have one and I have to pay another 35.00 for a new one and next time it will be free. But it’s not true! They made me pay 35.00 last time and now want to charge me again. I told them NO Thansk! I’ll go to ATT and pay to have them do it for 10.00. Problem is they do t even care. So just flat out lie about the free replacement

Yea I switched over to zagg because the armpit wsge was phased out. Same so. Store replacement as before!
