Yes it will fit with your Otterbox defender pro case. My daughter had the same case and it fit perfectly. You have to remove the phone from the case before placing it on the screen. I don’t have an Otterbox case but that is how I placed mine and how I’ve watched the store associates place the screen. Hope this helps and clears up any confusion.
