• My screen protector broke many times never experience a damage on the actual screen glass but on my opinion I don't think it covers beyond the screen protector replacement

• You should definitely take it to Best Buy for them to address the problems.

• This protector broke with no provocation , one day after purchase . How !?! It’s junk apparently . At least my screen was not cracked along with it !

• You can always try, but from my experience, no company guarantees a phone replacement or repair.

• The phone protector can crack but the phone’s actual screen is usually fine.
