You will need to get a new one. In my experience, it can not be reinstalled after it falls off. I believe Zagg will send you a new one under warranty, but you may have to pay shipping.

At BestBuy you can get a refund/replacement within 14-15 days of purchase.
If you file a warranty claim on Zagg'swebsite, they can probably replace it for you. But they might charge you $9.99+ to ship the new one.
If it hasn't been 2 weeks yet, I would suggest returning it at BestBuy and buying a new screen protector, the Zagg warranty for breaks is bad too and takes a long time for them to send you a replacement.

I just bought mine yesterday (7/25/22) at best buy. I followed the instruction, and it will not stick for nothing. As i understand if you bought it at Best Buy, you can get it replaced at Best Buy.

Did you install it, or did you have the Geek Squad install,,, if you did, I would contact the manufacturer as it did come with a warranty,, just see if they will help.
If you had the Geek Squad, I'd certainly go see them and ask.. The geek told me it only has "glue" on the sides, so mine never feels tight,, I'm thinking of going back to have them re-install,,, glad to hear it's not me,,, but sorry you are having troubles also!

Call Zagg they will more than likely send you a replacement for a reduced fee or possibly no fee.

Zagg has a warranty on all of their products if you bring it to any Zagg location it is $10. But they will install a new one. They are at most major malls and they normally have a cart. You have to bring the original screen saver back to prove it is a replacement.

I bought mine in July. I dropped it, and it landed on the edge, and cracked. I went to Best Buy to get a new one, and he told me to go online and register it and order a replacement. He even gave me a copy of my receipt so I had the date right. New one arrived in a couple days, and the lady at Best But our it on for me this morning. They clean the glass rack good, and don't get bubbles under it, so it is worth it to have them do it.

Hi.. Zagg has a great warranty program and you can definitely get a new one. I am not sure if their policy changed, but you use to have to mail the old one back. If you did not register your shield, they will help you do that at the same time.

Yes, it has a lifetime guarantee. So, use the directions that came in the box (in red lettering), Send it to the address with your receipt and they will send you one back as a replacement.

Your cell screen must be clean, I cleaned my phone twice, then aligned it. Using the frame provided in the kit allowed me to center the protector. Once it was centered the protector went on without problems.
