Yes they do Installs. When I bought mine for the 11 pro max it was 20.00 for the install. 
Paying 20.00 to install it may sound high, but the added bonus is if it ever breaks, cracks, or gets bubbles it is replaced for free.

That sold it for me. I went ahead and had it installed by Best Buy and approx 6 months later it start to bubble. Went and showed them and they re installed a new one for free. They told me if it happened again return it.

I bought the iPhone 12 max yesterday (Release day) And will be going into Best Buy today to get one installed knowing If anything happens to it, it will be covered.
