• You can actually filter blue light through the settings of your phone. There should be a toggle for it if you pull down your notification shade or search for blue light filter in your settings. If that does not work, there are a ton of free apps on the Play Store that will filter blue light by changing the color of your screen.

• Not to my knowledge, but settings on most smart phones allow that now.
