• You need to contact zagg (zagg.com) to get a kit sent out where you will remove the broken protector and mail it to them, and they will send you a brand new one free of charge. At that point you can go back to Best Buy and show them the install receipt, let them know the previous one broke and they may install it without charging you as a courtesy.
