Best Buy installed mine for me. After installation, they suggest you wait 24 hours before putting the iPad in a case to prevent any shield damage at the corners. With Best Buy install, I felt confident there would not be any bubbles. They stand behind their installations. Happy with that.

Yes. It costs 12-14 dollars I think. They will also re-install if it breaks or cracks. I've also had a Best Buy employee mess up while installing it and they'll go get another off the shelf and install that one at no extra charge to you.
