I have an otter box defender case and it has a screen protector already built in, and you do not need to spend more money on another screen protector.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In earlier years, I used to double up on my screen protection (i.e., use Zagg & Otterbox on the same device). However, I found that when my Zagg screen protector was applied my Otterbox Defender case wouldn't fit appropriately on my iPhone 6S. I attempted to use both the standard Zagg & the Case-friendly Zagg, neither would fit snuggly inside the Otterbox.

If it was me I would put it in the Otterbox Defender case with no screen shield but it's totally up to you.
