Go to their website. Make sure you have the original to send back to Zagg. The return/exchange is easy.

To replace it just go to the website and request a replacement. You will have to pay abou$6 for shipping and handling. When they send you a new one you have to return the old one or they will charge the card you used to pay the s&h the full amount for a new one.

It wasn't enough on a day and I accidentally cracked it against my laptop, but luckily they will replace it for you. Register it on Zagg's website.. Just Google "Zagg Replacement" You make an account and register it then request a replacement! It's nice and simple:)
