• Mine got replaced by zagg.... Fill out form, they ship it to you in a week or so but charge you money for shipping

• You have to register online. The replacement is sent to your home!! You just have to pay the shipping fee.

• go online to zagg and answer a few questions about if you have registered with them- if not they will send you a screen protector by mail and then you have to return the broken one back to them or you will be charged for the new protector

• You would have to contact the Zagg company to have them send a replacement BestBuy will not honor Zaggs extended warranty if they do its awesome but they're not suppose to.

• No, just go to their website and fill out the form. They will send you a new Glass for your phone and return label to send your damaged one back to them.

• You exchange it by going through the replacement process on the companies website. They then send you what you need to send it back to them. Super easy and you don't need to go to the store.

• I went to the zagg.com/invisibleshield site. They are replacing mine for the chip on it . They will charge you $5.99 for shipping it and then you send the broke one back. Hopefully no return charges.
