• Not sure, I assume 1. The shield was installed at the store and the box I brought home had no other shield inside.

• There is one shield per package. It's worth the money to have best buy apply it.

• Only one, and they can apply it for you at bestbuy for an extra charge, I believe is about $10 or $15 dls to apply it.
