If my shield is damaged, do I take it to Best Buy and exchange it for a new one or do I need to take it up with ZAGG? null

I purchased the protection plan for my phone, but the screen protector is not covered by it. The product must be registered through it's company wevsite. Once that is done, the warranty begins and they will replace it if needed.

No, go online to the Zagg website. They will give you a registration number. You will need to provide the purchase date and the exact product you purchased. Once you receive the registration number, you will need to mail the damaged shield to: Zagg, Inc., 3855 South 500 West, Suite C, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115-4279. They will send you the new shield along with an envelope for any future returns.

You gotta register it with ZAGG, and if you run into an issue with your purchase, they'll replace it. It's very rare when best buy will replace it.

Unless you get a very nice Best Buy employee, you usually have to register your ZAGG purchase on their website and submit your claim through their website. They will then proceed to send you a replacement for a small fee.
