I would not recommend it as plastic and glass have two different surfaces and zagg shields are meant to stick to glass surfaces. Also this would render the fingerprint scanner useless as it will add a thicker layer.

We too ordered the ZAGG Ultra Clear screen protectors for our S10's before knowing there was already a protective screen on the phones. We opted to put the ZAGG in the closet for now and just use the phones with the protectors that came with the phones. We've had our phones for nearly a month now and so far they are holding up great, no scratches or clouding. If they ever show signs of wear we'll strip the covers off and use the ZAGG's. The cover that comes on the S10 seems to be of decent quality, perhaps not a good as the ZAGG, but adequate.
