no, the protector curves around the speaker and camera. The screen protector does not go over top of those parts

No it doesn't, but be warned this screen protector has bad reviews and I can attest to that, it's a cheap product that either makes you think you phone is defective and has green line through out your phone or the edges peel, hopefully you dont have this problem if you already bought this screen protector.

No. Not at all. It covers the camera, but the clarity is great and never affects my picture quality.
