All you have to do is call ZAGG customer care at 1 (800) 700-9244 and they will help you get a replacement. They will charge you $5.99 shipping (which isn’t bad considering the price for a new one). They will also tell you that they will keep your card on file because they will give you 60 days to return the damaged screen protector (in a pre-paid envelope), if you don’t return it in those 60 days they will charge your card for the price of a new one. I have been dealing with ZAGG for five years. Hope this helps.
