• No, it does not charge the iPad and the iPad will not charge the keyboard. Both need to be charged separately.

• No, you will need another adapter that will plug into the iPad. The case comes with a charging cord only for the case.

• NO, I don't know of any keyboard cases which will charge the iPad. you still have to plug it into the wall, or at least to a laptop to charge it.
