Does this case work with the new IPad 5? null

Fits perfectly EXCEPT it covers the up volume but doesn't bother me.

I was told by a Best Buy sales associate this case was for the I-pad Air, which is what I have. I am waiting for the new Zaggfolio case to come out for the new I-pad.
