Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. Convection is a cooking method which requires a powerful fan motor, and assists with the even distribution of heat. Both our gas oven and electric oven have this technology. The dual fuel range is our gas stovetop electric oven range and our gas on gas range has a gas stovetop and gas oven.
