One bud is actually damaged, it is running out of battery while another bud is around 80%, I just used it for two weeks and can not refund it now.

I can wear them for hours without any discomfort, which is a big plus for long listening sessions. Battery Life: The battery life has seen a noticeable improvement. I can now enjoy up to 6 hours of listening time with ANC on, and the MagSafe case provides additional charges, extending total usage to over 30 hours. The USB-C charging port is a welcome update, aligning with the latest Apple ecosystem. MagSafe Case: The inclusion of the MagSafe case is a game-changer. It offers convenient wireless charging and securely attaches to my MagSafe charger. The case itself is sturdy and sleek, providing ample protection for the AirPods. The AirPods Pro 2 have a comfortable design with durable buds and a well-designed case, although the case scratches easily and the charging pins are sensitive to debris. The sound quality is impressive, with clear audio and good microphone quality, although some features like Conversation Awareness are less practical. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is effective in blocking out consistent noises and unpredictable noises that are low in volume, making them a great choice for travel and everyday use. The AirPods Pro offer excellent noise cancellation and transparency modes, though the latter is not as clear as removing the earbuds. Battery life is adequate, with quick charging capabilities providing additional listening time. New features in iOS 18, including hearing health and protection, are particularly noteworthy, especially for those with hearing loss. Upgrading to AirPods Pro 2 is recommended if you have the original AirPods or AirPods 2/3 with a degraded battery, or if you have the first-gen Pros and are interested in the new features. Upgrading to the Pro 2s with USB-C from the Pro 2s with Lightning is not recommended unless you have connectivity issues with the Lightning version and need the feature for a specific device. The AirPods 4 are not recommended over the Pro 2s due to inferior noise cancellation and lack of volume controls.

These are the best AirPods yet! They are very noise cancelling and never fall out of my ears when working out and have no issues with connecting them and they have a great charge on them and last a long time highly recommend to anyone wanting wireless earbuds!

I had bought a product saying it was excellent, it didn't come in the original box and there was no rubber on both sides. I don't recommend it.

I’ve had these for 2 years now and these earbuds are absolutely amazing. With the noise canceling I absorb music on a different level while I’m at work which is when I use them most. They have different sized rubber bits and I found out that the small actually create a perfect fit and using the normal or large is where I usually find any earbuds falling out. I’d consider buying a newer pair or version if they’ve kept or increased durability and quality. These are perfect though. Have fallen and taken a beating too. Still work regardless. Case holds its charge and does its job. Earbuds, when using both at full or almost full volume they last about 5-7 hours I wanna say.

Kinda muffle sounding and yes they can fall out of your ears which has happened to me. They come with different head sizes for the earpieces so that’s OK I’m trying to fall in love with these but I haven’t fallen in love with them yet.

First earbuds, wired or wireless, that not only stay in my ears but do so comfortably. Sound quality is awesome for music or phone calls. I live where the weather can be extreme and have long hair. Wind and hair can cause problems with ear buds, but not these. Jumping around with animals, working in the barn, or in the office, these work flawlessly and keep my phone safe and my hands free. No more closed captions on TV shows or movies. With these I hear every word and can enjoy the sound effects too. They charge fast and can charge on the go from the case. I wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe some changeable skins for the holidays, like candy cane stripes. No problem connecting to Roku TV or Fire TV, or of course iPad or iPhone. (Too bad they don’t connect to my old iPod nano, but maybe that’s asking too much. It still works well and sounds good, but the earbuds never actually fit in my ears and the wires get cause in my hair so it was a pain, literally). I tried several other brands and models and these were the only ones that work for me. Thank you, Apple, for finally making a pair that adapt to different ear sizes and shapes. I am still learning about the noise canceling and haven’t been able to make that work, but then I am usually in a place where I need to hear what is going on around me. Love that it automatically lowers the sound of anything I’m listening to when a call comes in, or when it hears my voice, and that Siri automatically tells me what texts I receive. It is sooo much easier to listen to directions while driving with these and have my phone stay safely in my bag. I had no problem hearing emergency sirens with them in too - a big concern for me. My car radio usually has interference, but listening to the radio through my phone with these is very clear. No more missing road updates, breaking news or weather alerts. Yes, I really like them. I don’t have to have the latest and greatest of everything and I plan to use them for many years to come, so they are well worth the investment.

This is my second pair of AirPods but I had the original ones without noise cancellation The noise cancellation works great and the sound is crystal clear. I love them. They come with 4 different sized ear peices so you get the best fit for you. These are a big step up from my original pair that I had and used for years. I am looking forward to having these for years to come also. The charge lasts a long time.

I ordered a brand new one and received a used one even if the box was sealed. Best Buy is giving me a hard time to send a replacement. This is extremely disappointing.

I’ve had a positive experience with these. I haven’t had any issues with connectivity, the sound is great, the ear piece that goes into the ear is comfortable and doesn’t hurt my ear, and they have really good battery life
