Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I in no way, shape or form am someone who is an expert on audio products, but coming from someone who was looking for (1) comfort & (2) good audio quality for music, these headphones are beautiful. The audio is incredible, not only with music but also with videos and speech, and I love the audio customizability in its app. The audio would be reason enough for me to purchase these, but the noise cancelling for me (once again, not a professional) is insane: the best way I can describe it is making the world as silent as a quiet day with snow on the ground where the snow dampens all of the sound. The call quality for the person on the other line is also surprisingly clear as well. And finally: they look beautiful (I got the off-white color), the comfort of the ear pads is amazing, and the adjustability makes them fit perfectly on anyone who has tried them on. Absolutely, would recommend.

It is easily adjustable and easily installed. Touch screen with many features. Cons: Alexa does not work most of the time with Spotify or any voice commands as it loses singnal consistency.

Great sound - unbearable for larger ears

Add to that the highly customizable settings in the app (EQ etc) and these make for an amazing pair of headphones. I won't comment much on ANC since I was not able to fully test them objectively, but subjectively they were just as good as others I have tried (B&W PX7, Bose NC 700, Sony XB900N). However, the reason I give this 1 star is for fit. They have used the same outer shell as older models (which is fine) but the placement of the magnet in the middle makes these unbearable after 40-45 mins. The magnet protrudes out in the middle which is just enough to push against my ear. I can't imagine how people with larger/protruding ears use them. There must be a reason for that placement, but the XB900N work just fine with a different design. Please consider this in your future design Sony - I have used the XB950BT, XB900N and love the sound quality but need the design to be more robust to include users outside the average individual.

Make sure to adjust the headband of the headphones for optimum fit and comfort. The headset must also be worn properly. Put the headset on your head with the (left) mark on your left ear and the (right) mark on your right ear. There is a tactile dot on the (left) mark side. Sony takes all feedback seriously. Rest assured that this will help us improve the quality and performance of our products.

I kept seeing them on TikTok and looked into them and I'm so happy I did, I wanted new headphones for the gym and the touch controls on em come in handy! Definitely better than holding down a button. Def recommend oh and I got these instead of the new ones cause I like that these can fold.

They're pretty decent

The only issue I have with these is the fact that the sound stutters a bit when I connect them to my PC, but it may be because I have a faulty product or something. Overall 8/10 experience.

It would switch it’s settings a lot and it was difficult to connect to other devices, over all they are nice and the sound quality was good
