They're seriously comfy, like a warm hug for your ears. And the sound quality? It's like rediscovering your favorite songs all over again. Plus, the noise-canceling feature is a lifesaver in busy environments. Oh, and the battery life? Impressive, to say the least. These headphones have definitely made my daily routine a lot more enjoyable.

Best headphones you will ever buy, top of the line audio, build quality is good but I would still handle with care considering they are mostly plastic. Charges fast and definitely last 30 hours without extreme mode and equalizer turned up. The pairing and the app are very simple and straight forward. Not bulky at all, on the slim side actually. Super comfortable, easy to wear for hours with little to no ear stress.

Wonderful sound quality, extremely comfortable, battety life is among the best, and the noise cancelling is phenomenal.

So far the sound quality and battery life have been great. The headset is comfortable enough to wear all day and the microphone has been working great for all my meetings as well as phone calls. I haven't had them that long so I'm still figuring things out, but being able to connect to two devices and have it pause music on my laptop to answer a phone call has been a huge help while working from home. These are an expensive pair of headphones, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Got some lower quality noise cancelling headphones for Christmas (anker) but as more and more people came in the office the noise cancelling just couldn’t deal. So I did some research and after listening to co workers bose and Sonys (previous gen). I decided on the Sonys and waited for a deal to come along. Sound quality is excellent, and they are comfortable to wear. Sound reproduction is great and they are a lot more comfortable than my previous models. Features that I thought were gimmicky during initial research are actually quite nice. The music stopping when you remove the head phones or the gesture controls on the right ear, are actually super handy and make for a good experience. There is some stuff that might be useful to creatures of habit that i don’t use ie the location based settings in the Sony app. They are great headphones use the Sony app to customize to your taste and you will be happy. The case is super well built I don’t know if I will ever actually use the old two prong airline adapter but being able to use the headphones wired without a charge is a nice feature. Early in my career I worked a lot in live sound so wireless headphones were always kind of a convenient gimmick that sacrificed quality in the name of not being tied to something with a wire. These are excellent units that I use to block out the world at the office and join conference calls with excellent tool and appliance that I also enjoy.

The official price is very expensive but with the Black Friday price of $278, the value proposition is much improved. Having M2 and M3 myself, 1000XM4 is a much better version to previous models with improved noise-cancellation and more comfy to ears. Most importantly it can now simultaneously connected to two devices at once without the need to manually disconnect one to the another. Very satisfy with its performance, the touching mechanism is still annoying though.

I love thesd headphones. They cancel out chatterbox coworkers. The sound is great and they feel comfy on the ears. I would buy again. Battery charge is great.

So far, so good. I wasnt sure about purchasing the Sony product as I've bought Bose for my other audio products, but I loke these very much. Bought online so didn't have ability to compare as i would in store. Sound quality is good and i loke being able to adjust on the equalizer. The controls are easy to use, as is the app. The noise canceling is very good, but found that when i dont want it on, it sometimes automatically comes on by itself. They are Fairly comfortable and I was able to use them on a four hour flights without issue. Battery life is awesome. Overall, happy with my purchase so far.

First, the good. The sound quality is incredible. ANC works great, audio sounds fantastic and crisp out of the box. Setup is simple (as long as you are using a single device; more on this in a moment) with either a phone or a computer. The headset is lightweight and easy to wear for hours at a time. Now the bad: The touch-sensitive buttons are bad. They regularly just didn't do anything. They're unintuitively designed and feel like a bargain-brand implementation of what is considered a high-end function. The headset mode vs headphone mode is also not great. There's no way to control side-tone in headset mode, which means that the great noise cancelling function is all but useless when using it as a headset (like meetings and phone calls). Also, not being able to turn the headset on while charging is ridiculous. I am an extremely heavy user (like 6-10 of active use per day), so charging while using is critical to me. Using the headset with multiple devices is great if those devices are computers, but terrible if one is a phone. If you get a phone call while using it on a computer, the phone call takes over (without the ability to override this that I am aware of). Then to reconnect to the computer the only way I've got it to work is to turn the headphone off and on again. When I'm in the middle of a meeting, this is not ideal. If you care about audio quality above all else, it's easy to recommend, but overall usability makes this difficult to recommend to most people, especially for the premium price.

Best headphones ever , super ligth amazing sound and noise cancelation top tier

I have put off buying over ear headphones for a long time because I wear glasses and get headaches easily, so the thought of something clamping down on my head and resting on any pressure points really turned me off. But I've found myself going out and about more and my AirPods Pro were starting to show their age, so I grabbed these during a sale. I thought about getting the AirPods Max for awhile until I learned how much heavier they are compared to these. Lightweight was really crucial for me. I also preferred these "older" models compared to the XM5 because they fold into a smaller case. The sound is really fantastic and the noise canceling is much better. I still honestly can't wear them for a long period of time because I start to feel the pressure points on the top of my head and where they're pushing my glasses arms into my skull, but that's a me problem and not the headphones. I still use my AirPods sometimes, but these are better for flights and working in coffee shops or other noisy areas.

These are by far the best headphones I’ve owned. I am very sensitive to noise specially when studying, and these are perfect for canceling it. They are very comfortable, too. Battery lasts all day

I recently bought these after using the second generation version from 2017 with no issues. I didn't need to upgrade them as they were still in good shape but I passed them on to my son and got these for myself. Though my original pair were fine the upgrades on these have really improved and built on the foundation of previous gens to keep Sony top of class in noise canceling, feel and build quality. That's not to mention their rich sound. They are perfect to use in the gym and I don't have to worry about charging them every day because they have such a long battery life. I'll be enjoying these for as long or longer than my last pair from 2017!

I got these headphones when there was a little sale going on but I have to say it's well worth the full price. The mark 4's not only look great but they sound amazing. I can put these on, use the noise cancelling, and listen to my music with no distractions, even when sitting next to someone in the car playing their own music over the speakers and singing as well. I'm glad I made this purchase. On the flip side, there are two minor issues I've run into since using these. One, the touch controls are a little bit unresponsive at times. For instance, double tapping to pause sometimes takes a few tries to work. Moreover, the touch controls are only available on the right side of the headphones. Though this is fine I suppose in most instances. Two, the battery percentage is perhaps inaccurate? When I first got these, they came supposedly at 100% battery because that's what the headphones said when I pressed the power button. However, it kept saying that for a while, until all of a sudden it dropped to 40%. There was no gradual battery drainage i.e. 100% > 75% > 50% > 25%. I haven't been using them for very long so I'll have to see if this can be fixed or not. Aside from these very minor problems I've encountered, these headphones are an amazing product and I'm excited to keep using them, especially when taking flights.

These have been in use for the past several months and I love mine. True audiophiles might pickup issues in the sound profile, but you aren't really getting anything better than these at this price point. Very comfortable overall and have been using it on long haul flights too. The noise cancellation is pretty decent too.

I have read & seen many reviews regarding different Noise-Cancelling Headphones, and majority of them pointed to 1 exceptional product. Yep, it's this bad-boy. True to it's advertised and many reviewers raving about it's connectivity, comfortability, & quality, this is a must for every music junkie out there. Oh wait, did I mention about it's color-- it's 1 of those unique colorways. Go buy this bad boy!!!

The noise-canceling feature works great; it effectively drowns out ambient noise, making them perfect for travel or noisy environments. They are incredibly comfortable for long listening sessions, and the battery life is excellent, lasting days without needing a recharge.

Great pair of headphones, love the battery life! I love music and love extremely loud bass and this does well! Quality is very much its price and love the smooth velvet feel. Noise canceling is amazing. Audio does not break or glitch when far from primary device either.

The headphones are arguably the best audio I have ever experienced from a pair. The bass thumps without being overbearing. The clarity is exceptional, and the detail is outstanding. The headphones also remain comfortable to wear over extended periods of time. I do wish they were water resistant. These rival Sony's latest model, which I also have, if you want to save some cash.
