They're okay... Battery life is great, I charge them maybe once a week. Sound quality is good -deep clear bass, with clear highs and lows BUT not as loud as I would like. Connection to my mac and phone is not good - every couple minutes the headphones will break up for a couple seconds. This got very annoying. The app is pretty clunky and the the touch controls on the headphones are subpar. Overall I can't say I recommend these headphones if you are an Apple person.

I absolutely love these headphones! The comfort is top-tier. I can wear them for hours without any discomfort, which is rare for over-ear models. The noise cancellation is incredibly effective; it really blocks out background noise and lets me focus or relax without distractions. One of my favorite things is how lightweight they are. WOW! I still can't believe these beauties were available at this price. Amazing sound. I wasn't a person that needed noise-cancelling but after using these for awhile... I'm sold. I did disable the touch controls on the ear cup and use controls through my mobile devices - I just kept bumping the ear cups and all sorts of things would happen that I didn't like. It's easy to shut off so no biggie. Great price. High quality. Superior sound. Top notch retailer (Best Buy)! Thank you. I highly recommend.

This headphone is so comfortable, the sound is great too, and noise cancelling, I love it. I am a student and really want to have a good headphone to help me stay focused when I am doing my work, noise is an object to me when I am studying. For the design, I love it too, it has minimalist look, and the color is pretty much not same as the picture, you might don't like the Silver one when you holding it, but for me, it is beautiful even tho not the same as the picture. I don't think this is great for gaming, I am student but I also play video games on the weekend, I play Valorant, and CSGO, honestly this headphone is terrible at gaming. But because like I said, I want one to help me get rid of the noise and bring me the feelings of the sounds (nature sound to focus on the task I am working on) or when I am listening to the music but I don't want to hear any sounds around me. It is very light and foldable so it is easy to bring it with you when you go out somewhere or travel. And I would like to let you know that don't give this 1 star because the Speak-To-Chat, which is stop any sounds on your computer when you speak or the sound of someone, something else. You should turn it off when you know there's sound around you and you'll make the sound. I hope this review is helpful

Almost completely sound proof. I got these as a gift for my daughter and if i loved them enough myself I was going to buy a pair for myself. I want to statt by saying I was completely blown away and impressed with the noise cancellation these have. Without music you sound like you are underwater and if someone is trying to talk to you not even a foot away you can barely hear a whisper. With music or other sound going forget about hearing anyone. I also loved the bass these gave off. Some other features I loved is the easy way you can control everything right from the ear muffs. It was also very convinient being able to have an app to change settings and access all the features. Lastly, the case keeping everything protected and in one place. Great for traveling or for keeping it safe. BUT the one thing that I personally didnt care for was I felt it didnt go loud enough. Even after I messed with the settings on my phone and on the app the volume was not as loud as my powerbeatspro I have. However, my powerbeatspro did not have any of the other wonderful features aside from the app, that these headphones have. As I mentioned these were for my daughter and she doesnt care too much to have music blasting in her ears and loves them the way they are. I will probably keep looking for something more suited for me.

I absolutely love my headphones and I have been using them for 3 years. The battery life does not wear out and the installment is amazing. The headphones are very comfortable to wear and noise canceling is almost very good in loud environments. Only problem is that when you turn on the headphones, the turn on speaker is too loud and if your music is too high, the music leaks.

great sound for a middle range of money, while they're not supper laud in my personal opinion i think that they're great for their generation. They deliver on everything that you want comfort, sound and great battery life. Great compatibility which IOS devices and overall great for they're price. the only down grade to them is the material that surround your ears. In hotter environment's it can cause sweating and discomfort but overall great comfort.

First of all it’s a Sony. Sony does two things very well, televisions and noise canceling headphones. I originally purchased the 1000XM3’s, a week later the 1000XM4’s went on sale $30 cheaper than XM3’s. Both are excellent noise canceling, but the XM4 is more flat and neutral sounding, which I prefer. XM3 has a boosted bass response. The noise canceling is the best in the industry and it’s true. With an iPhone the Bluetooth stays connected with no break up all through the house. If you are looking for great sounding, comfortable, light weight, best noise canceling headphones, these are hard to beat. I would recommend highly.

Most comfortable headphones out there. The noise canceling does its work to the fullest especially in the loudest situations. They’re also super light compared to other headphones like beats which I like the most. Also nothing is more crazy than the battery power it has because they can last a good week if you keep using them from time to time. I recommend these over any other brands without a doubt 10/10

Amazing set of headphones. Class leading noise cancelling and near audiophile quality audio with the right device. As a previous owner of the XM2's, the XM4's are lighter weight and much more comfortable to wear during the day. As more are working from home and using telecommunications for work, this is quite important and will go a long way. Call quality is also top notch. One downside is the touch controls on the earpiece has been less responsive that previous versions. Often takes multiple inputs for your touches to be recognized. Overall, would recommend these to just about anyone.

If you have the money and want a top-tier pair of headphones for modern life, the Sony WH-1000XM4 are the way to go. The combination of high quality Bluetooth codecs, great sound, improved noise cancelling, good battery life, and smart features like autopause and Bluetooth multipoint makes these the best all-around option for me.

Is one of the more comfortbale set headphones that I have owned. Sound is very crisp and clear. I love the sleek look. Overall, I think the higher price than I normally pay for headphones was worth it.

Lasted about 5 months with issues, but was phenomenal while it did!!! Amazing sound, very comfortable, got on sale for around $260 I believe, so watch for this because it happens from time to time. Now I used these from day one of the purchase till that 5 Month period, and it was daily, pretty much saying they were never shut off. So it was a lot of use, maybe like 10-14 months to someone else since I slept in them too while they were noise cancelling. The Sound Quality was amazing at first, although I noticed that did drop off about 10-15% on Bass, and the volume seemed lessened but not by much - this was in the first month. Although it still sounded great. They do tend to wear very warm and your ears sweat, and they smelled a bit stinky and required baby wipes to clean them often, just a forewarning. Things I didn't care for - the Noise Cancelling only works on certain things. I am a truck driver and sleep with the Noise Cancelling on, so I have a lot to say about this - it blocks out refers for the most part (keeps the lower noise, but the annoying higher pitched noise is gone). Highway noise is removed. Makes it easier to sleep in by far. Before this I used low profile shooters muffs and ear buds. When the squeal of death came about, it started as just an oddity from pushing down into the pillow on my left side and it would squeal while air deflated out around the cushion, but became more sensitive, and then finally whenever my ear was pushed into the muff, and then anything in close proximity to the left ear muff - like my hand going in to cover it. You have to have the Sony App installed on your device to turn off the noise cancelling, and then it works; but you have to do this every time you power cycle these things which gets highly annoying. At this writing they are sitting in a cabinet waiting to get replace under the 1yr Sony warranty before I use my 2yr Best Buy Warranty. Outside of that they worked seamless and flawlessly. I used them on a Surface Laptop, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Tab S4. The only attributable flaw I wish they could work on is wearing them around your neck and then popping them onto your head loosens the adjusters left and right, and you have to adjust them each time - it's too loose I find, maybe a few more inch-lbs of tension in the mechanism would keep this at bay, but that was really it. They last about 6-10 hours of playing (depending on volume and if I had the window partially down - which they don't cancel out wind noise very well at all and it takes away from battery life), and I'll be left at 10-20% by morning sleeping in them and using them for that 10 hrs I have off duty. So the full day charge bit is pretty solid. And then I charge them in the morning, which takes like 1-3/4 hrs or so, which I found just about 2 wks before they went south that it fast charges in like a half an hour to a really good 80% or so, but I had enough time to check that more than twice.

Actually bought these in person from my local best buy. I spent sometime there comparing over the ear headphones. If I can be honest I am big music lover but struggle with the fit for ear buds and losing them. These are extremely well made and comfortable. Love the sound quality.

The headphones are very comfortable and they feel like good quality. The case is very practical and Stylish. The only issue I have wit the fact that the battery was extremely low, which is not healthy for the overall battery life.
