This headphone is so comfy & I actually like it better than the XM5. The sound levels are good doesn’t make you too deaf & I love how you can put your hands over one side to hear what others are saying. It charges fast and battery life lasts pretty long. Used mines for 2 weeks now from time to time and I haven’t even charged it yet.

Not the newest model, but still top-tier and excellent noise cancellation. Really nice sound quality with customizable EQ. Battery life is exceptional at about 38 hours. They have touch controls, wear detection and very comfortable as well as light weight. Easy to pair with phone, TV and so on.

Comfortable, good sound (better with EQ), and long battery life

This model feels more comfortable than the New Model. They are also more comfortable than the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultras or the Q45’s in my opinion. The Sound is Solid “ compared “ to the aforementioned Headphones especially for the price of $225.00 I paid. Honestly I would not recommend paying $350 for these headphones or any of the other contenders. The sound does not blow me away for Sony or Bose . I will say that the Bose headphones are Overrated which is typical for Bose products in my opinion. In conclusion, most Electronics are overpriced and overrated, However if you can find the Wx004’s on sale for $225 or less, I think you should be satisfied.

These headphones provide excellent sound and spatialization. They are comfortable enough but be aware that they can get warm because they are closed headphones with no cooling air circulation. However since that didn't really bother me personally I did not deduct a star. Pricing was decent and I have had great experience with Sony products in general. Lastly, this is the second pair I purchased. The first was for me and the second for my adult son. We are both very pleased.

These headphones are truly magnificent. If you’re on the fence about these or another pair, I’d recommend you go for these. The only issue I’ve had with them is that a plastic piece came off which caused my right speaker unit to spin freely and eventually come off and hang. Because I bought them from BestBuy, I’m assuming they can fix them. So I highly recommend getting them from BestBuy AND having an account so the purchase is saved under that. Quality of sound is magnificent. Clear and crisp. If you want more bass, you can easily make that happen or search the internet for an EQ setup that does exactly what you want. On the flip side, the treble and voices never lose out. The battery can last 2 whole days without a recharge. I’m talking enough battery for a good workout and for time at work/school. Besides build quality, the biggest issues (which is still small) is its connectivity. I’d refrain from having the headphones connected to multiple devices because it easily gets confused.

As a medical student who was studying for the most important board exams of my life, I had to move back to New York for my rotations. That meant noise from vehicles, and since I lived under a family, brothers sharing their love for each other with their fists - as all brothers do. Now, I did not want to be rude and constantly ask for them to keep their children quiet, so I tried these headphones out to block out the noise. The only thing that could annoy me was my own heartbeat now. These headphones: 1. Are comfortable so I can wear them forever. 2. Charge very quickly for 30 hours of uptime! Even a quick 10 min charge lasted me the night if I forgot to charge them in advance. 3. So versatile, since the Sony app allows you to keep the firmware up to date, and unlocks more features to customize gestures of your headphones, your equalizer, and how much noise cancelling you need. The con? Taking a call isn't so bad, but it's definitely NOT the best quality, which is fine because I played with both the Bose 700 and these headphones and let me tell you that the musician in me was so happy with the beautiful and crisp sounds of the mid-range frequencies that are often discarded for your hearing pleasure. These headphones are definitely worth the buy, you will NOT be disappointed.

Amazing set of headphones for the price. The sound quality is really good, and the noice cancelling is second to none. It's very comfortable to wear especially for long hours, and does not hurt your ears like other headphones after a while. The Sony app is also pretty good with plenty of features that you can adjust on your headset. Battery lasts a very long time and getting close to 28-35 hours of battery life and it charges fairly fast too. Also the headset connects really easy to your device unlike other headsets which can get finicky trying to connect to it via bluetooth. The case that it comes with is very nice, sleek, and minimalistic.

I have tried out Apples Maxs and even though i am an Apple user through and through, these headphones are much lighter and the sound quality is more crisp and clearer! The Airpod Maxs though are better when it comes to noise cancellation. Just by a little. I don’t mind though since the Sonys makes up for that in every other way possible. I have worn these headphones over 6 hours straight for work and it did not once give me a headache or feel one bit uncomfortable. The best part about these is the amazing battery life. I have yet to charge them again since after the first charge. Its been like 2 weeks of daily usage and im at 40%! Thats wild!

I've been using these for over 2 months now. I really can't find anything that I could report as an issue that can't be fixed by changing a setting. I do notice the headband does adjust a bit too easy and sometimes doesn't hold in the fully closed position. Not a big deal since I've got such a big head, I pull them out all the way. These have performed flawlessly from day one. The sound is crisp and clear. Bass is there and my favorite bass song can be played and hear them low lows. The ANC is perfect. I work as a programmer on a noisy production floor so the noise cancel is needed! I can also continue to talk to others while wearing them. Just pause my music and can carry on a conversation with no issues. I can hear better if I remove them, but most of the time I don't need to. I love how I can connect them to both my phone and laptop at the same time. If I get a call, the music or video (playing on the laptop) pauses so I can answer then restarts when then call is done. I haven't really pushed the battery time. I'll use them for 9+ hours (with ANC on all day) then plug them in overnight at my desk. I usually have about 70% battery left at this point. I would highly recommend these if you are looking for some very nice wireless headphones.

Really high quality. Look good. Sometimes it can be a little annoying how it auto-pauses when you speak. Any time I sing, it thinks I'm talking to someone and pauses the music. I'm sure there's a way of turning this off using the app, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I think it's great for college students.

As one not normally discount the quality of Bluetooth over wired headsets, I have to say that these pack a major punch! Bass is incredible, the highs and mids are phenonimal. 28-30hr battery make them great fro travel. Using noise cancelling on my last flight - I couldnt hear a thing aside from my music - and no one could hear what I was playing. The app is nice and has an equalizer. One perk is an option to turn on voice assist, which can turn off noise cancelling if you get a call/start talking. 10/0 would reccomend!

Funny story about how good these headphones are…and what an idiot I am. First, the sound is incredible. Connectivity is great with about 50-60 ft range. Connecting to two devices simultaneously switches flawlessly and intuitively(pauses sound from one device for incoming call on other device). Battery life is endless. Sound cancelling on and volume at 70-80% volume for 7-8 hours and only battery only dropped 20%. Ok, to tell on myself…I’ve been sitting at the correct gate (Phoenix airport) this evening for over 2 hours watching the boarding time every 15 minutes. The second hour I am literally sitting in front of the ticketing booth with these headphones on and I missed the call to board the plane because I never heard the announcement(and no I couldn’t see the boarding area from where I was sitting). All I’m saying is that I’m an idiot but the sound cancelling is amazing and has to be pretty close to what I would imagine being in a deprivation tank would sound like. Without a doubt the best headphone purchase I’ve ever made.

These were a gift from my spouse, and they are amazing. They cancel out any noise. When I am busy cleaning, I play music and when I speak the music automatically stops and the noise cancelling changes. I just need to tap on the right side of the headphones for the music to start again or wait until the outside noise stops and it will start again on its own. This is a great feature because my hands may be covered in cleaning materials, and I do not wish to touch my headphones but want my music to continue playing when I am done talking. The battery seems like it last forever and the headphones are very comfortable.

I LOVED these headphones right from the beginning! They are noise canceling and don't give me headaches from the pressure of wearing them or using the noise canceling feature. They also have an optional feature so they can detect when you take them off and automatically pause your music so you don't miss it! If you get the companion app that goes along with them you can customize pretty much everything. You have the option to adjust the noise canceling level, the bass, if you want them to auto adjust to your lifestyle and so much more!
