With a regular standard mouse, it left my hand and whole arm in pain. This mouse releases that pain. Helps my hand and fingers not be so stiff. Would recommend it to all who suffer from RA. Very happy with the mouse.

Good for small space

It's a great alternative to the traditional mouse. Especially when you don't want to move your wrist. Also, it's a good rest for your arm. But, you can only use it with your right hand comfortably.

Easy to use trackball mouse

The mouse stays put, and only your fingers move to control the pointer. I have the laptop on the desk and the mouse on my lap, so I don't have to lean over, except to type. Works brilliantly. Only suggestion would be to make it Bluetooth, so the dongle (though tiny) doesn't use up my only USB port.

Need to get used to it

Best mouse to avoid carpel tunnel

Have done this for nearly 20 years. I started using this mouse in the early 2000s when I noticed my wrist started aching after a day of working. Haven't had ANY problems since switching to this mouse. Other people find it hard to use but I LOVE it!
