Works just fine. Very easy to use with no skipping or delays. Feels completely in my small to medium palm. I use it at work so it’s good And comfortable for all day computer usage.

Nice mouse but too large for smaller hands. It's heavier because it uses 2 batteries. But if you forfeit longevity, it can still operate with only one battery and hence be lighter and easier on your wrist.

This mouse is very comfortable to use, the battery lasts for weeks. Have not had any issues with this mouse. Probably recommend the MX anywhere 2 if you want something a bit more portable, Even though I take my MX master everywhere.

This is the second M705 I've purchased. The mouse is comfortable, and functions very well. It goes a couple of steps beyond basic, with both a back and forward button, and a button that changes the wheel from clicking to smooth scrolling. Battery life is excellent. Software is a little clunky.

This mouse is the best quality mouse I’ve ever used, and works well on a variety of surfaces in case you don’t have a mouse pad. These make very nice gifts for friends and family.

Works as expected. Love having the programmable buttons and being able to have program specific settings. Very responsive for typical office type work. Physical size is also very good, fairly ergonomic, and is very comfortable to use.

Handy gadget....user friendly...fits in hand comfortably.

I've been buying buying these for years. I like the way if fits in my hand. I like the feature, on the side of the mouse, the forward and back page buttons.

This mouse is great! Solid feel and the ability to switch the scroll from indexed to free spin is pretty cool. I would recommend this mouse to anyone looking for stellar quality. I use this mouse at work on the go. I think it's great!

The M705 is a really solid classic mouse. It has a great hand feel. The buttons are nice and it has left and right Tilt Wheel switches, which I use a lot. You can assign custom options to them and the side buttons, very useful. It uses 2 AA batteries but I like a lighter mouse myself and it runs just fine on a single battery.

Great replacement mouse comfortable east to use and programmable side buttons. Only issue is it take 2 AA batteries previous mouse was same size and only took 1 AA battery.

One of the reasons we purchased this model was because it provides a great place to rest the hand while using the mouse. It is very comfortable and easy to use and the scroll wheel is much more user-friendly than the mouse it replaced.

Logitech mice are the ones to beat, and this one is no exception. I have been using Logitech since soon after they were founded, my company has also provided me with a range of other mice, I have always switched back to Logitech. I bought this one to use with a Linux laptop for working from home, it is a huge improvement over the supplied HP mouse. It feels solid and the controls are convenient to use. The scroll wheel has nice action and the navigation buttons fall easily to hand. Accuracy and tracking are good too, you can use it on most surfaces. And it was reasonably priced.

Logitech - M705 Marathon Wireless Optical Mouse with 5 Programmable Buttons - Wireless. Great mouse.

I came into BB looking for a replacement to a mouse I had that broke. Among all of the options I got this one because it was a perfect balance between features and price. Works great out of the box without the need of adding software. But of course if you really want to unlock the potential, and use the additional button (which by the way is quite hidden) to switch between applications, then you have to download and install the software. I'm really amazed by how the mouse works and how convenient it is to have all of the buttons. You'll still need the little receiver but I barely notice it on my laptop once its there. Just plug it in and forget about it. I can't tell much about the battery life as I've only had mine for about month.

Upgraded from my old wireless mouse. And you can't go wrong with Logitech. Paired it with my wireless keyboard. So easy. Got it for $20 because I bought it with my new laptop. Great Deal.

i have this mouse for my home computer and love it. it feels great in my hands. i think i have medium sized hands for a man. all buttons are very easy to use and I love the fact that you can customize the buttons with the Logitech software. i also purchased this mouse for my work computer to replace my Logitech Performance MX that i have been using for 3 or 4 years now. well here comes the only knock on the M705. i run autocad and Civil3D and the M705 just doesnt cut it for that software. im assuming its a difference in the lasers. the MX just seems to have a better response on multiple types of surfaces. however if i wasnt running autocad then i would for sure be using the M705 as my primary mouse.
