This is a great way to gift a gamer without actually buying a game. As a parent you never know what they want or what game is out there that they might want to play but don't want to spend their own money on it. But as a gift it makes more sense for them to choose what they want since there are so many games available digitally that you can't buy at the store.

It's a digital "gift card." Once you buy it, Best Buy send you an email within about 20 mins with the code and then you copy and paste it through the Xbox app, website, or Xbox itself. Simple. Fun fact- if you're new to the Xbox ecosystem, MSP stands for Microsoft Points. It used to be the currency for Xbox a long time ago before they switch to local real currency.
