This is helpful Webcam and works well when you only need to use it occasionally. The white balance is hard to work with and it doesn't have many extra features. I would recommend it if you only need to take a couple video or online meetings.

Not a very good image with side lighting in the room. One side of the face is completely white, the other is dark if window is close to PC. The cable is short. 32in. The cable is enough to connect to a laptop, but all laptops have their own camera. But the cable is too short to connect to the computer box if it's on the floor near the feet. People made the camera, packed it, brought it from China, put it on store shelves, ... They did a lot of things to sell it. But they saved on 2 feet of cable, which costs 20 cents in China. A good example of how one stupid decision can completely ruin the use of a good thing. And now these Logitech representatives are offering customers to buy an additional cable that costs $5-8. Almost half the price of the camera. Not the smartest joke from Logitech.

Resolution and flexibility is good. Just wish I could clip it to my screen. It currently stands to the side on a tall monograph. No shutter either, but I unplug it when not in use. It can collapse as well.

I was looking for a webcam to mount on top of my monitor so that I didn't have to look down at my MacBook during meetings. This camera has worse video quality than the native camera on the MacBook pro. I was getting a lot of glare on my face and the quality was just not as good. I even downloaded Logitech's camera app so that I could adjust the brightness and contrast, and even then, the picture quality was worse than the MacBook. I ended up selling it at cost to a colleague and upgrading to the Logitech C920s intead.

Good combination of price and features. This is a plug and play camera, so easy to connect and use right away. With so many folks working from home this is a good peripheral to have. Would recommend it.

This camera works fine but has a short cord. It was less than 2 feet long and would work if you connect to monitor only if you have a monitor that has port. It will not go from computer to where I want to keep on top of monitor.

I love logitechs products, and this one is no different. The web cam quality is 1080p and crystal clear. Its perfect for streaming. Easy setup. It's literally plug and play.

The webcam works really well. It would be better if we could resolve the problem with Skype or my computer. We've had microphone issues and have removed and reloaded Skype twice. Still don't know if there is a problem there or with our Windows 8 Dell desktop.

Perfect for you application, easy to set up and use. Very pleased with this purchase. I am sure there are many bells & whistles we can get with higher priced items, but this model fully suits our needs.

The included cable is very, very short. I keep my PC tower under my desk, and use a 27" monitor. As it is I can just barely plug it in. For that alone I'd advise against this camera if you keep your desktop under your desk. Camera itself is....fine? It's advertised as a 1080p camera but when video calling or streaming it's 720p. 720p video in 2020 is.....not ideal... but I bought this just to WFH and it works, so I guess it's fine.

Great camera. With covid, the in stock selection was limited. The only problem was that I used it on my desktop computer and had to purchase a 6’ usb extension cord to reach the back of the computer.

Logitech has never failed me. and they hit home run with this little guy, amazing quality video and picture. Biggest PLUS it has the ability to mount to a tripod... something I had to have. and very few to none have.

This is the second Logitech webcam I have ordered from Best Buy. Both are excellent cams.... Best Buy is also a great place to purchase electronics.... In fact, I am about to purchase a smart TV there....

I bought this for my 9 year old to make YouTube videos and after finding all the software needed he used this camera and loved it for all of a week. Not the cameras fault it did a great job but go figure a 9 year old under estimated the amount of effort making a video takes.

The salespeople are very competent and know both the products and the customer's needs. They inform the customer rather than try to "sell" a particular product. My experience was very favorable.

I bought this for just one use for a business meeting. Since then I have been learning how to use it as a video monitor that senses movement and records it. I am enjoying learning about what all it does.

Yes there are better cameras. But it’s not always about having the best, sometimes it’s about having what you need. For video chatting, I would absolutely recommend this. Good enough quality and built in mic. If you are doing more, spend more and get the best.

works well except.....the data cable is attached in center back of camera SOOOO you can not adjust the tilt view level adequately without it limiting focus angle the other hinged clips have little play and not enough of it the focus and lens are good

Used it for my Xbox one x for streaming on twitch and mixer. It works very well, and quality is good.

The camera was easy to install. I especially like the versatile mounting bracket. Performance is quite good for the price. My only criticism is that I would have liked a longer focal length lens for a less wide field of view.
