Returned it and still no refund. Made my way to Best Buy (BB) and of course, it truly is the best buy on the market! Convenient pick up, great visual quality and great price. I have learned my lesson, buying at Best Buy is the best! (After reading this to my husband, he says I sound like I work @BB. I don’t. Just passionate about great products and the great companies who sell them!)
