Don't Waste your time or money!

The ooma is bulkier and takes up too much space. The sound quality was bad and was popping and cracking the whole time I tried to use it.

Won't Stay Connected....ever!

DOA Box didn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the box, tried for hours to make it work, after 3 technicians they couldn't figured out what was wrong. I had to return it. Not a good experience with Ooma. I might try Vonage next.

Adequate product, poor service

Terrible company and customer service

Use Google Voice instead and don't pay monthly charges and avoid horrible customer service which is a waste of time.
