Install was fairly easy. I had to get a longer cat 5 cable to put it were I wanted it. Good voice quality you can call anywhere in the US for free. I took the basic service ( no voice mail ,blocking,no nothing). which is just the gov. fees. Also I have charter cable for internet service.

Bought this as part of our cord cutting plan. Easy set up, & old phone number porting. Just don't turn off your old service until it's completed. or you can get a new number. or go with the premium service with more bells and whistles. Definitely a nice phone service and system.

Best phone service I have ever had. I’ve used straight talk home and vontage. We have satellite internet too and it works better then straight talk home did. Cost to much for regular home phone

I replaced a very old model with this one. It works great. I have been using Ooma Telos for many years and have been very happy with them. After the initial cost of buying this, you pay only taxes. In my case about $5.00/mo.

I changed from a Verizon home phone connect to this product. The hardware is great, software is good, and the sound quality is just as good as a cell phone. It saved us hundreds a year. Porting my old number to a little longer than expected. Ooma charges you to port a one time fee of $39.00

Ooma is truly amazing. I still can't believe we are getting this phone service for less than $5.00 a month. Plus it has a built in answering machine! Sound and function are every bit as good if not better than traditional land line.

Perfect replacement for my aging Vonage setup. Not as cheap as MagicJack, but works with my Amazon Echo and the phone system I already had. Plug and play, worry free. They told me it would take weeks to port my number, but it only took a few days. Sound quality is more than adequate.

Not bad. only problem we have experienced is trying to call Home Depot. We can't get through to them, but it goes just fine with cell phone. Otherwise it is working fine and I love that we are only paying $3.84 per month for phone service. We wanted a home phone to give delivery people and those we don't want calling on the cell. This is perfect.

Easy to get started, and theres low fees month to month. The speaker wuality is horrid, but you’ll hardly use it since the app has voicemail.

I used this to replace our U-verse service and it is saving lots of money. I didn’t select any of the premium ooma services so my monthly is just the taxes and 911 and FUSF fees (about $5 per month). Works fine.

I had this out of the box and setup with very little effort. We've had it for a month now and love how easy and cheap it was to have a home phone. We have had zero issues with it and it gives us piece of mind for when the kids are home without breaking the bank.

I have been using Ooma for many years now. My old Telo broke and so I had to buy a new one. I am completely happy with their service. It was easy to purchase from Best Buy and delivered in a timely manner.

This is an interesting idea that had some good reviews and some bad. So far, mine is in the middle. Good solution for VOIP without the monthly fee. They seem to be set up to make their revenue through selling add space in their regular emails and promotions. They also push some "premium" services that - so far - don't seem to be needed for the average user. Having some intermittent trouble once in a while with maintaining wifi connection. Kind of strange since it's hard-wired to the router E-net. Pros: no monthly fee, easy setup. Cons: poor troubleshooting aids.

First time using VOIP service since being disappointed with the quality of similar services years ago. The Ooma system is certainly much better than the competitors. Never having a phone bill again is also a nice plus.

Setup was painless, haven't had any issues so far. Only wish the ethernet cable was longer (had to buy a longer one to put it where I wanted). Great alternative to AT&T or MCI.
