I have been using Ooma for many years now. My old Telo broke and so I had to buy a new one. I am completely happy with their service. It was easy to purchase from Best Buy and delivered in a timely manner.

First time using VOIP service since being disappointed with the quality of similar services years ago. The Ooma system is certainly much better than the competitors. Never having a phone bill again is also a nice plus.

Not perfect every time but for the cost it's great. As long as you have your mobile for backup this is great for the house phone.

The Ooma device is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to save money on phone bills, who need a land line for items such as faxes, or just to have a back up phone other than cell. After the initial investment to purchase the Ooma, my bills run approximately $4.77 per month.

Ooma is great. I've had it for a little over two years. This is my second unit. First one got fried by lightening hitting my house. Ran out the next day and bought a new one. Get this and u can tell your phone company where to go. Can call anywhere in the US and pay not a cent. Go get yours today.

Setup was painless, haven't had any issues so far. Only wish the ethernet cable was longer (had to buy a longer one to put it where I wanted). Great alternative to AT&T or MCI.

Product was easy to set up. Provides answering service and stores unanswered calls. It is much less monthly fees. We have been very pleased with the product

Have used other brands over the years with unfavorable results. Not this time. Reception is outstanding, no distortion or garbled calls. Very pleased with my Ooma. Plus, unlimited US calling for under $5.00 a month. Wow!

Switching VOIP providers has been on my to do list for a while. Upon recommendation from a co-worker, I finally made the switch. Bonus that the Ooma switch was on sale! Easy to setup, easy to configure, easy to port number.

So far its been great. A little difficult to converse with Ooma over the phone with questions, however, the Tell VolP Home Phone Service apparatus has worked above expectations.

Great phone service all you need is internet with an ethernet port and it works great. The only thing you pay for this service are the taxes and 911 fees.

Purchased as a replacement for a unit I had for over ten years that died after being hit with multiple power outages thanks to Duke Power's inability to provide a stable electrical source. Works the same as the original so I'm very pleased. Only four stars because there is no way to activate the device for a current account without emailing someone and waiting a few days. Instant activation, or at least the option to call or chat with someone same day would be appropriate for a company of this size

I'll admit, I was very skeptical of purchasing this system. Especially because of the cost but now I'm glad I did. The system is sleek and easy to use. The set-up was very easy and I was up and running, in no time. I'm glad I made the purchase and will do so, for future Ooma products.

This is a great device! I needed help from the experts and they were very helpful and had me set up and operating in a reasonable amount of time.

Very easy to set up. Wasn’t thrilled I had to pay $40 to port my phone number over. Took a few days to port the number as well, which wasn’t terrible.

I am SO PLEASED with this device. Here's why. The only cost I pay monthly is $3 for government taxes required to use 911 emergency services. I have no problem with that!. The call quality is excellent and you get caller ID, call waiting, and voicemail all for free.

I switched our landlne over to Ooma VOIP using the Telo device. We're now saving $55 compared to the landline charges and fees we were paying the phone company. It works well. We only had one issue. I had to change the advanced settings, otherwise I can't answer calls. I could have had customer support help me, but I chose to try it myself first.

This is a great product. Ooma representative helped switch over from an old Ooma modem that had failed after many years of service. The rep made the set up easy.

Our kids cell phones were unreliable (i.e. they would not keep them charged, lose them, break them, game until their eyes turned blue, etc). We added the OOMA TELO because the kids would simply not answer their phones. Now we have the OOMA and a three handset wireless phone setup in the house so the whole house lights up with rings when someone calls the home number (always us). We have a rule they have to answer or grounding's become a real thing. No problems since!

Cancelled my triple play package and ported over my number to Ooma and we haven't skipped a beat! Totally worth the one time cost of the device. Easy setup and it just works!
