    Easy setup along with number transfer. Only one minor issue, have cordless Panasonic with base station and 3 other hand sets (DECT 6.0). One hand set has garbled issue. Haven't figured the problem yet. Maybe just that particular phone.

    I got this as a backup to my cell phone since I do not get good reception where I live and Ooma has delivered. I was a little hesitant about this at first, but I am very impressed so far. I highly recommend that you get this to have as a backup to your cell phone in case of an emergency.

    Works great. just pay little less than $4 and have all the benefits that you get from service providers like AT&T. I got my investment back in just 2 months as I am not paying nearly as much as I had been

    Works flawlessly but realize there are hidden costs to get started. $40 to transfer your existing number is pretty steep. And they require you to put another $40 into your Ooma account. I'll never spend it.

    ...despite several bad reviews about Ooma Customer Service. No problems installing and using this VOIP phone service since buying about 10 months ago. Ooma and other rivals all had poor CS reviews, but the good reviews typically do not make "news", and only the bad ones get attention. Mine is a GOOD review. Ooma running 24/7, and am hoping it lasts many years.

    Buttons are a bit difficult to see. Lighted buttons (like the Ooma logo) would have been better. The sound of this residential product lacks the clarity of the office product.
