I was looking into changing our phone line from a local carrier to Ooma. The reviews looked promising and Best Buy was offering an incentive to purchase from them, so I went into the store to buy this item. Two units were left and one seemed previously opened so I opted for the other box. Upon returning home and opening my purchased unit, I realized that someone had previously purchased this device and replaced it with an Ooma Air. I was unable to register the device because it had previously had been activated. I would NOT recommend purchasing this from Best Buy and purchase directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunate experience, but Best Buy did refund me with minimal questions asked. Hope this helps others.

Great phone service option for only a few bucks a month vs a lan line. Clear reception.

Excellent device and a lot of bang for the buck. Just pay the FCC taxes and you get free phone service.

Calls are clear and I have not experienced any problems. Im assuming the customers that experience bad call quality have subpar internet connection.

Excellent landline replacement for home or small office. The device texts or emails you when you have a message. All you need is an Internet connection.

The Ooma phone service eliminates phone bills and provides clear audio on the phone. The voice mail feature is awesome!

I like that it's small and does not take up a lot of space on my dresser. It was a little hard to set-up (24 hours) but after calling Tivo and the Rep walked me thru the set-up it's been a dream.

Easy setup. Solid product. Seems voice quality varied, but network was shared with low bandwidth, 1 meg.

I purchased this to replace an existing Ooma Telo device that had gone bad.

My ooma telephone system works well, so far, after about 3 weeks. Takes a bit to connect, so that the caller doesn't hear my reaponse right away. Not a big problem.
