Super headset for many uses.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset sounds great. Coming from standard earbuds is a world of difference. I really like the fact that it's both Bluetooth AND wireless, which makes it great for movie watching on my iPad, making calls on my iPhone, or gaming on my PC. Battery life will go about 6 hours, but in a pinch you can still use them while they are plugged in and charging. Because these are wireless on batteries it seems as if they put a limiter on the max volume but seems very adequate under normal circumstances.

The good and the bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset and initially had the same popping/crackly sound issue I read about so much on here. Taking the usb adapter and moving it away from the computer with a usb extension cable made it a little better, but it was still there. Fortunately, I have a bluetooth adapter as well. After I connected it via bluetooth with my pc, all the popping issues went away. Everything sounds great now, and the headset is comfortable. I'd give it 5 stars if the included wireless adapter sound was as good as it is over bluetooth.

When they work, good...but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.MOST of the time, this headset failed to function. If there was a lower rating option, this product would get the sub-negative rating. The headset is recognized by the computer, usually...but, most of the time, connectivity stops at being able to adjust the volume via the headset, but the input/output fails to connect. When it does manage to connect fully, it fails to stay connected, if you walk farther than about 25' from computer, or around a corner at maybe 15' to 20' [old building--no metal barriers]. This headset has been a chronic frustration for over a year, and getting worse. The headset before this was a more costly higher-end Logitech, picked from the very few choices at our local Best Buy. That also failed to function properly. Also, dislike the on-ear foam pads...makes headset unstable on head. NOT inclined to buy Logitech ever again...we've used numerous Logitech products for many many years....they USED to be good....not now. Reliable connectivity with computer has become a real problem for their keyboards, headsets, and mouse units, on PC, Linux and Mac computer units. Cannot recommend Logitech anymore. Looking for other options that don't cost a king's ransom for Old Tech. There's NO excuse for headsets that work really well, to be so grossly over-priced as what we've seen at BestBuy, either.

Good ... when they work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfort and sound quality are good. Microphone seems to provide a clear sound signal. The problem is that actually getting a reliable connection with the computer is very much a hit-and-miss affair. Rebooting the computer, unplugging and replugging the dongle, charging the headphones and turning them off and on are not reliable methods to get a connection.

I LOVE THESE :-)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these in mid December on sale for $60 as a Birthday/Christmas present While there regularly $99.99. I wanted to get something that was wireless so I didn't have to deal with a cord plugged in all the time. The sound on these is EXCELLENT, & provides EXELLENT bass & low & mid range sound. I can use these wirelesslly or plugged in while there charging & the also do NOT put pressure on my ears like my other Sony corded headphones did. The Dogle Nano Reciever can also be stored in the left ear piece while your travilin somewhere so it dosn't get lost . You can also switch the sound back & forth form the headset or your computer by takein the dogle out or manually swichin the settin on your computer. I have experianced no crackilin like some other reviews have said, I mostly use these on & off all day without a problem & plug them in when i'm not usin them so that the battery stay's charged. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend these to anybody.

Battery gradually died, unit stopped working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfortable and decent sound quality, good range, but quit working after 7 months. Battery goes dead even when on the charging cord! Battery gradually failed altogether, and if the battery won't charge, the unit is toast. Volume control slow to respond.

Old Guy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use these for work and chose this headset for the RF feature which works very well. When I first received the headset I was not impressed and thought they would not work because on first impression the build quality is subpar. In reality the quality is about the same as the wired set my employer provided but below the wired set already own. I wear a hat to keep this set snug enough on my head which can over 8 hours cause some fatigue. Over all this is a good set for work, works with 5nine software. This will go 8 hours if you charge during breaks and lunch. I am on the phone 100% for work and this headset works fine providing freedom of movement without any transmissions problems. I work from home this complements my standing desk so I do stand about half the time each day.

Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works as expected. Good product from Logitech. My only complaint is that it uses its own usb device and will not work with keyboard/mouse usb.

Very good sound and endurance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using this headset for the past 3 years. I work in customer service and use it 8 hours a day, 5 days a week I leave it to charge all night and one hour at lunch time. Not a single problem. I sometimes pair it with my phone, works great.i had my doubts at the beginning because of the price. Well, after 3 years still working fine. Well worth it.

Good headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very good headset, performs as expected, I love the fact that you can control the audio volume and other settings from the device itself, the speaker is easy to manipulate, it bends easily, it feels sturdy and not cheap, works great with Windows 10 I would buy again.

Over 6 years old
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an early model of these and they are still my go to headset. I have Bose earbuds, Sony headset and other generic ones. These are the only ones I can count on working every time. the BT and usb function is great. I have the usb running on my computer and when a cell call comes in, I just switch over to BT and am good to go. Got a replacement battery after about 2.5 years and still going strong. Just ordered another set for my sons' online classes.

Great Headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am pretty picky about the music sound that comes from headsets. I use my Bose QuietComfort 15 headset most of the time, especially when I travel on the plane. But I needed a set with a microphone to do PowerPoint lectures at my job at a university. I picked these up today and am testing them out at home listening to Linda Ronstadt. She comes across pure as ever. They sound great and the bass frequency range is amazing. I made a bluetooth call and the party on the other end said I was coming in crystal clear and he thought I was on the handset. Not too shabby for $79.99. I highly recommend these. Hope they last a while.

Returned immediately
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a headset with the following criteria: HD sound quality, wireless, comfortable and has good call quality when used with VoIP. Let me start with the sound quality: I'm a stickler for sound and love my music, however this headset had a strange crackling/hissing noise during mid-range songs. I checked other songs and played with the settings. I even tried the Bluetooth and USB connectivity (connected + re-connected + disconnected other wireless devices + stayed close by the receiver) and nothing helped the quality. When I played back my recorded voice, that hissing sound was present. No good! The wireless features on this headset were nice and straight forward to use. I did not have any issues setting it up. I tried this headset on Skype and got less than good results. That hissing noise can be heard when I speak! - It was more noticeable in the right side than on the left. I tried it on Google Talk and the quality was average with sub-par volume. The comfort of these headphones were amazing though. I have a smaller head and it did not feel tight or uncomfortable after 5-6 hours of use. Lastly, the buttons on the right side are cheap and make that plastic clicking noise that can be heard during a call/recording. I returned this item in less than 24 hours and bought a Plantronics headset instead.

You Get What You Pay For
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset when I began my WFH job in December of 2021. It is February of 2022 and it has already died. It had started making a glitching noise that was also pretty static-sounding in the span of one hour- randomly. Never had any issues with sound-quality or audio clarity though. Just kind of expected more than two and a half months of use out of this item.

It's OK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I got this head set because I wanted to try the wireless and also because the old wired logitech A00008, which still good and working but the ear plastic things are pealing off and it leaves my ears with those things :) . Anyway, this wireless head set was easy to install, but when you turn the head set off if does not make the speakers on. Meaning you have to manually do it every time, which is annoying. The sound is pretty good. The only big problem, is that now a week later when I am playing I get an interference with the sound and then it turns off . It was not doing that before, not sure if this head set is defective so going to the best buy store to get me a different one. I think this time I will go for the wire one. Also the battery does not last, I have to connect it while playing so it gets charge. Conclusion, If you are a normal user, that listens to music and stuff like that, is great. But if you are a PC gamer, I think you will be a little disappointed. Good luck , and thanks for reading.

Good for listening but not so much for speaking
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.People say I sound like I'm talking through a tunnel. VoIP is primarily what I bought these for. Functionality is great and sound is very good - battery life not great. Wireless connectivity much better than the Bluetooth which breaks up a lot. Overall if you need it to chat or for conference calls over the internet, go with something else - and let me know what it is - I'm still looking!
