Good headphones for virtual meetings

They work well and are basically plug and play. I wish the headphones had a place to store the little USB piece so that it won’t get lost when I’m not using them.

Compatibility issues

However I was operating a PC and now I have a Mac. For some reason the Bluetooth wasn't connecting which is the whole reason I bought this headset. After a few calls to Logitech they recommended I return the headset for another one. That was not an option at the time so thankfully I'm familiar with some IT stuff and was able to work out the kinks. Took a few frustrating days but now it works.

They quit working exactly 30 days after purchased. Since I was outside the 15 day return policy, I was forced to deal with Logitech customer service. It took 3 months for them to tell me i would have to return them. Then another month to send the return shipping label. I've since bought a wireless headset from another mfg. What a waste of $80.00

So so Wireless headset for the price

If you use with Bluetooth, it is hit and miss. Another thing is it does not have auto shut off. I forgot to turn off, it was dead overnight when I needed in the morning for the meeting.
