Worked well for the first few weeks with the USB adaptor (would not pair w/o it) but then started hearing really bad static which made them unusable for my work. I would not recommend the headphones to anyone. My biggest disappointment was when I tried to return and found out that Best Buy has changed their return policy to 15 days. I would have been happy with a store credit but was told by a department lead that the s/n on the box did not match that on the headphones. So in essence I purchased an open box item and had to dispute with my credit card company. Avoid these headphones.

Wireless is definitely the best option. Freedom of mobility and no delicate wires to break. Works with computer and cell phone. Stays charged for several days with moderate use.

Works well in USB mode. Blue tooth has issues with Skype but not in USB mode.

Purchased this headset for use with taking customer care calls and the sound clarity is great, also had good reduction of background noises.

I bought these for my 12 year old son for his birthday and he loves them.

I use to work remotely from him and get complaints that it sounds echoey. Also there can be a delay. This is my second one and I have the same complaints with both. Unfortunately my work will only purchase this model. Battery life is good. Blue tooth range only okay

This makes all the difference with my hearing problem. I can now hear all my favorite movies on Netflix, Amazon prime & hbomax on my laptop.

Works perfectly, hands free, long lasting headset is perfect for work or gaming. Only complaint is it doesn’t have a great range so you have to be somewhat close to where it’s plugged in.

Basic but reliable. This is the second set I have used from working from home and have no complaints.

I have a pair at home and work and both work exactly as advertised. I use the wireless dongle as that gives you a better connection than Bluetooth, but the Bluetooth also works as it's intended.

I recently purchased a foreign language learning program. I bought the headphones to speak and listen to the language. They were recommended by the sales representative. Very convenient and work very well.

I use these most of the day while making calls in the office.

These headphones comes in handy having to work from home. Ouse day celling and I can walk around during meetings and I’m I stuck sitting st my computer.

Needed these to facilitate calls for work and now everyone on the team has them - GO LOGITECH and Best Buy for identifying a great product with excellent pricing.

They have set works fine and still working so that my computer understands from saying and cooperates as I dictate. I believe that problem is on the computer side instead of the headset
