Great purchase.. Note: Mute button only works on Skype. almost returned it cause thought it did not work.

I bought this pair to be used in conference call and video chats, speakers are ok, microphone is not good enough. Not impressed at all.

Great first impression or I should say sound. I am not an audiophile but the sound quality/clarity is so much better compared to desktop speakers or cheap headphones. I made the purchase primarily to quit annoying my cube mate when using VoIP on my computer which has external microphone. Now I can speak in lower volume and not bother her. Also I can watch videos on the computer and she doesn't hear the sound except when I laugh at the cat videos. Good choice to get the headphones with the Plug-and-forget nano receiver and Bluetooth features. My PC doesn't have Bluetooth hardware so I use the nano receiver for it and use Bluetooth for the iPad and Samsung Galaxy S6 phone. I used the headphone right out of the box by plugging in the USB charging cable to PC and started listening right away. Comfortable padding on ears and underside of strap. Only shortcoming is sometimes while on VoIP call and I walk away from PC the audio cuts out at times. Its not very far but enough interference to require hangup and call again. The battery charge has not been tested as I don't use the headphones very much during the day. When I want to use the desktop speakers I just unplug the nano receiver from the USB slot and the audio out goes to speaker. To use the headphones I just plug into the USB slot and go for it. Should have bought these a long time ago.

The headset is decent. The battery will last about 6-7 hours on a full charge

Bought to use with flight simulator. I wear hearing aids and use earplugs to watch tv. Volume could be better as well as noise cancelling ear pieces.

Good sound quality..easy to set up and use... microphone placement and retractibility very convenient.
