    Worked great. Opted to return it because no matter what or how we tried it, the Bluetooth kept dropping our Rosetta stone on the iMac.

    Okay, but not the best. No light to indicate when mute button is on or off, so you never really know. You have to keep pushing the button and asking people if they can hear you. Inconvenient. Button to switch between Bluetooth and the USB is stubborn at times.

    i really enjoy this unit but needs a larger headband as when i lean my head over it tends to fall off and that is not good.

    This headset failed after 60 days. Took back to BestBuy only to be read the warranty support information. Since I did not buy into the BestBuy extended warranty, I needed to contact the manufacture and deal with this bad headset, just another adventure. Trade-off, buy extended warranty from BB, or buy products from another retailer that backs their products without digging deeper into my wallet.
