I have been using logitech headset for conference calls in my office for years. When my wired ones wore out I decided to try going wireless. I have had nothing but trouble with them, it seems to either not work, or has lots of static. I finally ran out of patience trying to use them and gave up. I love logitech devices but wouldn't recommend these.

I instantly returned these because of poor sound quality. Was hoping to use them to make hands free phone calls at home using Bluetooth but the sound was so muffled I couldn’t use them. Disappointing Also there were no instructions in the box. Had to find YouTube videos to learn how to operate them

Poorly made, hard to pair if at all. When pairs would not work. When it did work did not provide clear reception. Ended up throwing them away. Logitech used to be a go to line for me, no longer. Company and products have gone down hill. Save your money and invest in a good headset.

This set is comfortable enough to easily wear all day long (I do). The ear pads are made of open-cell foam so your ears don't get hot. The sound quality is very good and there is no hissing or popping whatsoever. The transmitter is so tiny, I leave it in my USB port all the time. I can walk all the way across the office with them on to get coffee and never lose the connection. The mic boom swings up and out of the way when you don't want it. I LOVE that it uses logitech RF for connecting to your computer and it also uses bluetooth to connect to your phone. The RF has much more range and uses a lot less battery.

I got this for my skype meetings. The set up is easy and connection is stable. But there welled a couple of issues - 1) I was told the my voice was distorted and people could not hear me 2) After wearing for longer than a couple of hours it hurts the ear.

    Good Wireless Headset

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This headset is great for music and videos, but not as much for long periods of time. The audio quality is some of the best out there, the on-ear controls are easy to access and convenient, and the mic folds up for when it's not in use. The headset is comfortable, you barely notice it, but unless you have a big head, I would avoid moving your head too fast as these are not the tightest headset. The wireless option is convenient and they can even be paired to your phone for calls. They charge with the same connector as non-Apple phones. Just remember that they are wireless and do run on rechargeable batteries, which can run out.

Absurd amount of pairing issues with both a Windows-based machine and a MacBook Pro. Pairing issues with both bluetooth and USB nano receiver. Headset randomly paired and unpaired at will making it virtually useless.

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you had some connectivity issues with your H800 headset. I would recommend trying a different USB port, possibly one closer to the headset or with less obstructions in the way, as this can sometimes cause the headset to disconnect.

It usually works with the USB adapter, but I've never gotten it to work via BlueTooth. Occasionally (like today), neither option works: all settings panels say it's there (e.g, the system, Skype), but no sound comes through. When it does work, it works well.

Hi mathdear, the H800 has a volume up and down on the right ear piece of this headset notated with the +/- buttons. You can also adjust the volume on the laptop/computer it is plugged into as you have discovered. I'm sorry that you find the headset uncomfortable. I hope you are able to find a headset that you are able to use that is comfortable and has the volume controls you are looking for. Thanks for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech.
