    Mouse worked fine originally, comfortable on the wrist too. But the mouse has since stopped being reactive. I would return if I could. Don’t get it.

    mouse scroll button wasn't smooth enough to be properly useful wound up being my secondary ouse for my older less used compter will not but this version again

    It stopped working soon after I purchased it. Dealing with Logitech was a horror to get it replaced. You would think it was worth a ton of money. I finally gave up and purchased a different mouse

    My first wireless mouse and I am not happy with it at all. Downloaded the driver and still works very poorly. It works best on my knee, if you can understand that. I am planning on returning and getting another.

    Logitech - M310 Wireless Optical Mouse - Peacock Blue has stopped working after 24 hours. I replaced the batteries at no avail. Hard to return the mouse when the packaging was destroyed while opening the box.

    The scroll feature doesn't work. This was a Christmas gift and we just opened it. Since it's no longer returnable, it's, unfortunately, useless.

    Not very well made, the wheel is not smooth-has a very ratchety feel when using. I guess you get what you pay for.

    Mine was dead on arrival. Piece was broken where the battery goes in. It was probably just bad luck that mine was busted, but qq should have picked that up imho. Returning.

      Hi Granny, I'm sorry that you were misinformed about the M310 wireless mouse working with your device. The M310 will devices using Windows 7, 8, 10 or later, macOS 10.5 or later, Chrome OS™, and Linux Kernel 2.6+. The M310 uses a provided USB dongle that needs to be plugged into the computer/laptop in order for it to connect and work. I hope you are able to find a product that meets your needs.       Hello, we are so sorry to hear that the M310 did not meet your expectations. The M310 mouse comes with batteries already installed in the mouse. The USB dongle also comes in the package. It actually, is located inside the mouse. You have to open the battery compartment lid in order to get it. Once you open the battery lid, the USB dongle is located right next to the batteries. Take out the USB dongle and then insert it into your computer. Once inserted, turn on the mouse to get it to work. Hope this helps, have a great rest of your day. -Ricky from Logitech
