The riser raises the laptop to the height of the monitor for a two-screen experience. The only problem is two of the rubber feet broke off while setting it up. They should be a little tougher than that in my opinion, so ....four stars.

It has been perfect for that. An added bonus is the space created under my monitor where I can store my backup laptop and files, keeping my desk organized and looking professional.
