    The remote works fine, but the app to set it up was fairly tricky. The remote can also be cumbersome to use, as you have to toggle back and forth between devices and programs.

    TV control that came with the Sony TV was better. I could talk to the Sony control, but lost that feature with the Harmony Elite. The Geek Squad Tech who installed it was not very knowledgeable with the system.

    While it is nice to use just one remote to manage our multiple devices, we have lost the voice control search feature with this device, and it is so tedious to search character by character on the screen for TV and music. My husband has trouble navigating the device because his fingers are so big, and the touch sensitive interface jumps to the wrong selection as a result, pretty often. Lastly, we are now seeing drop-offs with our internet connectivity which we did not have before, and will have to install a mesh wi-fi system. We're super disappointed.

    We are cutting the cord and getting rid of cable. Going with PlayStation Vue since we have a PS3 and PS4. While this remote can control the PlayStation, it cannot control PlayStation apps like Vue, etc. Had to return
