It works great for making single-serving shakes but just make sure you don't fill it too full as it puts too much stress on the motor and eats up the rubber gears on the bottom of the motor. I fill mine 3/4 of the way full before I blend and make sure I add plenty of liquid.

I've made my morning power shakes and snack-time guacamole (on several occasions). I am excited to buy more fruits and veggies at the supermarket to try more recipes. It’s convenient, small, and does not take up much space. You get what you pay for with this item. Often times I have to stop blending, stir, and start again. I can tolerate it.

Don’t expect it chew up screws and bolts, but some fruit, some protein powder, some milk and you’re good. Smells like it might be struggling a bit when I toss in an ice cube or two, but works well otherwise
