I bought an extra charger so that I could have one at home and one in my office. It is very convenient and works as expected! I never have to worry about my laptop running out of charge.

This chord is very expensive and does not adjust as well as the original one that came with my Surface. It's required though I guess

As titled, the product works exactly as advertised on my Surface Pro 4 and is, for all purposes, OEM. That said, things don't always work that way, so nice to know...

Great charging unit, however expensive for what it is. I wish Microsoft would have a separate cord that could be plugged into a portable battery for charging since it is for a tablet.

This is the original Microsoft one so it’s great & the price at Bestbuy is better than other stores.

Needed a way to have a plug with me at all times without unplugging at the office. This did the trick. Basically it is the OEM charger you get out of the box with the Surface 4..

Great replacement power source. I ended up having to clean the connector in the computer, so you might check that you don't need to clean with an air pulse before you buy.

My original cord split in multiple locations, so I needed a replacement. This new cord works but gets very hot if I'm using my laptop while charging.

Cool design but breaks easily without notice right by the the magnetic charging contact. Prompting a replacement. Otherwise works fine till it breaks

This item works for the Surface 3, 4 and Book and has USB ports. The last one lasted 2 years....hoping this one outlasts that, but i think even 2 years is pretty good.

I had to replace my power pack and happy that Best Buy sells original manufacturer replacement products. Works perfectly.

I’ve had to buy a few of these since buying my surface pro. I actually had two of them quit at the same time. I bought one for home and one for the office. I kept the original in my laptop bag. When the home and office one quit working I mistakenly thought the problem was with my surface pro. I then used that as an epic excuse to upgrade my surface pro. Come to find out both chargers were bad, not my surface. My daughter became the happy recipient of the surface pro 4 and I got to buy a couple new chargers. I sure hope these last longer.

I travel a lot for work so having a secondary charger for the office and travel bag is essential to be sure it makes it with me. While the wattage is a little less than what the original is (I have the surface book) it does it's job.

I love having a back up charger for my surface Pro. This charger is lightweight and easy to take with you!
