Cool design but breaks easily without notice right by the the magnetic charging contact. Prompting a replacement. Otherwise works fine till it breaks

The original charger that came with my Surface Pro 3 was very short but this one was better. The length is great and it has improved. Great thing to buy if using this laptop.

My original cord split in multiple locations, so I needed a replacement. This new cord works but gets very hot if I'm using my laptop while charging.

I’ve had to buy a few of these since buying my surface pro. I actually had two of them quit at the same time. I bought one for home and one for the office. I kept the original in my laptop bag. When the home and office one quit working I mistakenly thought the problem was with my surface pro. I then used that as an epic excuse to upgrade my surface pro. Come to find out both chargers were bad, not my surface. My daughter became the happy recipient of the surface pro 4 and I got to buy a couple new chargers. I sure hope these last longer.

Charging cord is frail, can be easily broken if not handled gently .

I travel a lot for work so having a secondary charger for the office and travel bag is essential to be sure it makes it with me. While the wattage is a little less than what the original is (I have the surface book) it does it's job.

Great & durable. Was hard to find on the internet so I went to best buy found it with no problem and its worth the price.

This power supply fixes the poorly designed strain relief at the magnetic power connector. Replacement is expensive, but better to keep surface fully charged.

Ordered it on line for store pick up. We checked that the cord was charging the Surface before I left the store. I have my Surface back! Thank you Best Buy.

My old charger, a little more than a year old, failed. This replacement works fine and I hope it will last longer.

Works like a charm! My original charger that came with my laptop stopped working and this one has given me no issues.

This charger is working as expected but has a better shape than the old. The new shape is at the connection area to the Surface and stays put a lot better than the original.

My Surface cord was left behind and I was out of town for work! The Surface requires a specific cord and nothing generic is on the market at this point. Item is hard to find ..
