Microsoft wall charger review

Perhaps Microsoft was counting on that. I won't purchase another Microsoft computer for reason of the charger alone. Until they work it out into something more durable, count me out.

What has got me is you can’t call a store to see if they have a product or not. When you call you get the call center and they do not know… you lost 7 big purchases from me over this….

Weak cords

I admit I'm not as gentle as I can be with cords to chargers for computers, phones. ect..but shouldn't they be made sturdier for our hustle bustle world of bringing our cords everywhere constantly needing to recharge our devices.

It works but too bulky

It is so bulky with wires and connector. Not good for travel. I really wanted to buy a different charger, but could not find a right mA and power that match the Surface Pro 4 unit.
