Glad Best Buy had this power cord for my Surface Pro laptop as my original one went dead.

Twice my cord has stopped working after a year! It’s annoying and pricey to have to buy a new cord every year.

Not surprised that it didnt work- the sales agent warned me that it would take forever to charge but i was desperate. Took 15 min to turn on my laptop!

Good charger. Nothing special just expensive. Works fine just didnt want to spend $65/70 dollars to get it.

It does what it needs to do. However this is my 3rd charger in 4 years. The quality needs to be improved since it breaks so easily and is quite expensive to replace.

This is the third charger we purchase for our Surface Pro. The connector to the Pro is poorly made, and is easily damaged. Not happy at all with this charger.

Works great. I also want to thank the salesperson who tried to locate this item nearby. It had to be ordered and he did that for me. Received package on time and undamaged. Great service.

Love it. Couldn't be better when you need to power your surface.

I hate my Surface 3 Pro. I regret not getting an ipad instead. This is a fair replacement if you lose or damage your plug. It just doesn't seem as durable or well-made as the one that comes with your pro when you get it new...

The wire is thick enough and seems Good quality. While it is a65W charger, it doesn't charge that quick

Flimsy and overpriced. No USB port like the OEM charger.

You have to keep sliding the charger on the side of laptop to find the slot to put it in to charge. This time consuming. It should be insight and easy to plug in but it’s not.

Easier to plug in to power outlet! Reliability impecable!

Is not built to last! Bought one and had to return it the next day because it stopped working, got a replacement and less than 6 months later and the replacement has stopped working.

I bought this as an open box certified excellent by geek squad. My daughter used it on her surface to replace the original charger that had frayed & was sparking. After 2 weeks of using this, her surface said it did not recognize this item & it stopped working!!!! Best Buy did not have any new ones in stock. And does not know if or when they will get anymore.

These need to be replaced way to often for a brand name product. We have ~ 15 surfaces and I am replacing their chargers every 12 to 18 months.

So far this is working fine, but the last one lasted about 2 years. Can't think of a reason for them to stop working.

Product works fine, just can’t believe how expensive it was.

Had to replace cord on computer I have had for about 1 1/2 years. Cords should last longer but this one had wires exposed at the connection to computer. Hope this cord lasts longer.

I have had to replace my charger cord at least three times. It charges but only lasts so long.
