I have only used the charger 3 times and it is already out.

Horrible customer service. Item stunk like mildew.

The other one went bad, so I needed to exchange it. The cost is too high.

Purchased the Microsoft wall charger as a replacement and no problem encountered.

Worked perfectly right out of the box. I prefer to stick with the original chargers for laptops, so this was a must buy. Only 1 star knocked off for price and fragility of the charger, but that's a design complaint aimed at Microsoft for all of their Surface Pros models.

I bought a knockoff on the internet an it lasted a couple months. So I chose to just spend the dough and get a real one and it's been great. The original one was lost. If your considering the price of this charger amd the price of a knockoff just factor in 2 or 3 more knockoffs and the inconvience of having to keep ordering one. There is hardly anything in the world that cannot be made a little worse and sold a little cheaper, and those who consider price alone are that man's lawful prey. John Ruskin

Quality but expensive. I have bought cheaper power cords before but they quickly broke

Works for my HP Surface Laptop 2. Haven't had any issues with it. Had to buy a new one because my kid broke my original one. These can last years, had my other one for 3 years and it most likely would've been longer if it wasn't intentionally broken. Only thing is that this charger is dumb expensive for it just being a laptop charger.

Works well and is as described. Charges the surface quickly. Worth the extra money compared to the flimsy third party blocks I have tried.

Unclear as to why, but sometimes this doesn't charge my Surface laptop as fast as it needs to stay fully charged while plugged in. The 127w works better, but is much more expensive

So far so good, worked just as I expected. Hoping this charger will last as long as the last one! I thought it was a bit expensive, but again, if it lasts 4-5 years, I'll be happy!

I was on a work trip and I neglected to bring my Surface charger with me. I ordered this online for pickup because I needed to use my time wisely. The store I used for pickup was quite busy, but there were helpful employees whom came from the floor to the pickup counter and were able to get me processed very quickly. Even the Apple tech (not technically a Best Buy employee) ran to get me a bag to put my product in as the pickup counter didn't have any.

A great charger! It really charges my surface pro 4… even tho it doesn’t turn on.

I bought this to replace my original battery charger that would pick and chose when it wanted to charge. This works great! Charges with no problem and a lot faster.
